Summer of Transition

It’s been a busy summer since Crafty Hands Yarn Shops 21st Birthday!  I am now semi- settled in my new studio.  Yarn and furbabies surround me.  Don’t judge me.  This is absolutely an ultimate setting for this fanatic knitter.    Now that I am settled to work a bit, (who is ever COMPLETELY settled?), I have been busy working on a designer series of dog sweater patterns. The first, All American Dog Sweater is scheduled to launch  Labor Day.

I have also been busy working on this website, trying to get some of the inventory I have left from Crafty Hands Yarn Shop on line.  But don’t hold your breath!   If there is something in particular you are looking for, please call and leave a message.  The phone # is still the same (270)-846-4865.  If it is not a brand I have continued, you can expect a 30% discount or more!  😉

I have also stayed busy offering a hand knit finishing service.  It is really a joy to see some of the projects I helped get started,  completed and on a real live body!   Check out my facebook or instagram page for pics.  If you would like me to help you, just shoot me an email:  [email protected]

Now that I am in the studio, I am also available for private lessons.  Some have enjoyed the service and contagious laughs already.  Just call for an appointment. The coffee pot is always on.   I would love to see you again!

Other ventures I am working on are preparing finished items for a couple of shows coming up. Most will consist of dog, doll and baby sweaters & garments.   Details on the shows will come later.

I am truly staying busy and enjoying this new venture.  So many have you have reached out and wished me well.  I am so grateful for all the support and love I have received during this “summer of transition”.
